St. Modwen's 17 acre site is located off Ravenstone Road less than one mile to the west of Coalville town centre.
Coalville is identified as one of the main
towns in North West Leicestershire, and the
District has a recognised shortage of housing.
A high quality, sustainable development of
family housing is proposed on the site off
Ravenstone Road which will help to address this housing shortage.
